1. NO RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products.
2. UNBOXING REQUIREMENT
In the rare event of a defect or damage, an unboxing video without cuts or pauses is mandatory to process a replacement request. This helps us verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
3. REPLACEMENTS ONLY
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of equal value. Please note that refunds are not available.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and in production. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
